• Re-acknowledgment is required every three years or when the Code is updated.

Confidentiality:

• Disclosure of any confidential information is prohibited as per the agreements in place.

Enforcement:

• Aswar Al-Rasafa reserves the right to terminate relations with any party that violates the Code of Conduct, ensuring partnerships based on trust and mutual respect.
